To bid on the inventory featured on this web site you must print, fill out and sign the Bid Form. You can print out this form from any of the inventory listings on this web site. From there, the information on the item you have chosen to bid on will be filled out automatically. To make your bid simply fill out the rest of the form with your contact and payment information and mail it to:

Offer Procedures

1. All bids are submitted to seller. The seller, at its sole option, may accept or reject the offer or make a counter offer. Responses typically occur within 48 hours.
2. All vessels are sold AS IS WHERE IS, with no warranties, express or implied, as to condition or fitness for a particular purpose.
3. A credit card number must must accompany all bids submitted. Upon acceptance of an offer, $1000 will be charged to the credit card. If the credit card is declined, the bid will immediately be voided.
4. Upon verbal notification of acceptance of an offer, buyer has five (5) business days to complete any"conditions" as set forth and pay the amount due IN FULL via certified funds. Failure to close the transaction within five (5) business days after notice of acceptance will result in the $1000 deposit to be forfeited and the boat placed back into the next auction cycle.
5. Bidder has 48 hours (or two business days) to remove the purchased vessel from our facility or to make storage arrangement after closing. Storage charges will accrue on ALL vessels until vessel departs at our standing rates.

Notice to customers regarding Titling or Documentation

The $389 administrative fee represents time, processing & research to ensure that you are purchasing a unit with a clear title or USCG documentation. Transferring title documentation is not included.

Methods of Payment

Any certified funds, financing, cash or bank wire. No drafts, personal or company check or credit cards (other than the $50 bid fee and $1,000 deposit) accepted.
